- Slice the yellow onion in long thin slices. In a skillet, add about 2 tablespoons of salted butter. Let it melt on medium heat and add in the onions. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix to combine. Sautee for 3-5 minutes on medium heat and then turn the heat down to medium low for another 5 or so minutes.
- Slice the pear thinly. Roll the prosciutto up, cut it and then unroll the rolls. Dice into bite size pieces.
- Add about 1 tsp of olive oil to the pizza crust, brush it all around the crust. Add a pinch of salt and pepper as well to coat the crust.
