Apple Crumble Coffee Cake Recipes
This is an extremely moist and light coffee cake. The apples and brown sugar give it a wonderful melt-in-your-mouth flavour and the crumble topping is amazing! It's also very easy to prepare. It is modified from an Emeril Lagasse recipe. If you like nuts, you can also add some chopped walnuts, almonds, or pecans to the topping. This is great served warm or at room temperature.

Meanwhile, in another bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Add this to the butter mixture, stirring until the ingredients are just combined.
- Spread half the batter into a thin layer at the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle the apple chunks evenly over the batter. Top with about 1 cup of the crumble mixture. Spread the remaining batter over top followed by the rest of the crumble.
