To the remaining mixture add strawberries, cucumber, green onion, cilantro, and jalapeno pepper; cover and chill while preparing fish (up to 1 hour, if desired).
- Coat the unheated rack of a broiler pan with cooking spray. Place halibut steaks on the prepared rack. Brush steaks with the reserved 3 tablespoons plum sauce mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Broil 4 inches from the heat for 6 to 9 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with strawberry salsa. Makes 4 servings.
