- Caramel Apple Dip. This first recipe doesn’t contain apples, per se, but it’s certainly the perfect dip for them. Think of it as deconstructed caramel apple, if you will.
- Apple Pecan Baked Brie. Today, on images you can smell: melt-in-your-mouth brie cheese topped with apples, pecans, and cranberries with a brown sugar and cinnamon glaze.
- Spicy Apple Salsa. Salsa is usually made with tomatoes, but this fruity version consists of apples. It also has jalapenos, onions, and Anaheim chilis to give the sweet fruit a spicy complement.
- Cheesy Apple Bites. Apples and cheese are a match made in heaven. Case in point: these cheesy apple bites. Here’s how it goes: apple slices are smeared with either blue or whipped cream cheese (or a mix of both) and sprinkled with chives, walnuts, celery, and pomegranate seeds.
- Chicken Waldorf Salad. I’m not a big salad person, but I’m a sucker for the Waldorf salad. How can anyone not be? It’s creamy, refreshing, and crunchy on so many levels.
- Apple Pie Bites. Apple pies are great, but there’s just something incredibly adorable about these bite-sized versions.
