- In a medium bowl, mix the cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice until well combined and the mixture is as smooth as you can get it – this can take a bit of time by hand, I’ve used my mixer before as well. Spread this evenly on a shallow serving dish – I find a 9 or 10 inch plate is about perfect, and it’s easy to do this step the day before.
- Spread the chile sauce over top the cheese mixture, then crumble the crab thickly over top. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with your favorite crackers.
