- Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil. Butter or spray foil with cooking spray. In large saucepan, melt chocolate chips and 1 cup of the butter over low heat, stirring frequently. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir in peanut butter until well blended. Spread half of mixture in pan. Freeze 10 minutes or until set. Place pan in refrigerator.
- Melt remaining 1 cup butter in large saucepan over low heat. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Stir in pudding mix. Cook until mixture is slightly thickened, stirring constantly. DO NOT BOIL. Remove saucepan from heat. Add powdered sugar and maple flavor; mix well. Cool about 10 minutes or until slightly cooled.

- Melt one cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, one cup butterscotch chips and one cup peanut butter in the microwave and mix until combined. Spread in a foil-lined jelly roll pan and place in the fridge to cool and harden.
- Heat butter, vanilla pudding, and evaporated milk in a pot over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until it is thickened into a pudding. Stir in the maple flavoring. Pour the pudding into the heat-proof bowl of a stand mixer. Stir in the powdered sugar one cup at a time. Spread the maple nougat mixture over the cooled chocolate layer.
- Melt the remaining semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter. Stir in the peanuts and spread over the maple nougat layer.
